2008 is going to end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To me, 2008 is 平穩的一年 (though I know to many ppl it's not)
Finished my undergraduate degree, successfully got into MPhil and started my research training, had my first taste of teaching as a tutor (which was really really challenging and a very good training), attended many many lab meetings (which was a very valuable opportunity for sharpening critical, logical, and scientific thinking).
But the most memorable event must be the Grad Trip to Langkawi with cmg in summer. I remember we talked about going on a trip together in F7, but not until this summer was the trip successfully held!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Though it's just a short trip, it's an extremely fun one. I like the water activities most (scuba diving, fishing, swimming). Langkawi is a really relaxing place. I remember I did nthg but just sitting on the beach and looking at the sea for almost an hour. At that moment, I felt like I was meditating: the whole world was calm, and wut I could only hear was the sound from the sea and songs by seabirds- a beautiful symphony by mother nature. Everything was in peace, with no stress, no grinds, no hassles, no worries. It's like I was in the heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You just cant experience that in busy cities like HK. Langkawi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Must go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| was so busy in the past few weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
everything was about academic work. really not worth mentioning.
went to my cousin's wedding, but to be frank, the arrangement was quite bad..... e.g. no one led me to my seat.... and so I had to phone my dad for a few times to confirm at which table my relatives were.... But afterwards went to have a drink with den and jassen!!!!!!!! Ho best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! went to the pier and chatted!!!!! Ho best! must go there again!
And, actually I really hate the lecture time for Qualitative Research Method.... 6pm-9pm.... it's so tiring and makes me so hungry...... totally inhumane....
will still be busy next week...... have to present my preliminary ideas on the thesis.... totally unprepared.... I dont wanna be crit bao!!!!!

Currently crazily marking assignments. Sometimes it's hard to think of comments to give..... = =
Have got a bit idea for the mphil thesis..... though still preliminary.... hopefully can discuss with Dr. Kam next week.. (he's begun to hurry me... gig)...

| a lot of homework........ the workload of 2 grad courses = heavier than that of 4 undergrad courses
and I just handed in my first piece of assignment (which sucks) for current issues.....
but heard that grad sch courses are hea.... ho best!!!!
